During my master’s, others and I have created a tool for gathering and evaluating user insight, through research into participants’ every day lives.
Main research methods were photo solicitation exercises, interviews and inquiries through co-constructing stories into a zero-waste lifestyle.
Consequently, a set of heuristics were formed which acted as the basis for the tool that is shown to the right.
